Payment Details
All classes must be paid for in advance.
In the case of Studio Classes, payment is due (at the latest) on the day of the class though this may mean that your space is not guaranteed and may have been given to another client.
If paying for a block of classes, please note the total cost of the block must be paid for in one go; block payments cannot be split. If the block cannot be paid for on the day, that class will be charged at a one-off rate.
You will be reiminded to renew on the penultimate class in your block.
In the case of Mat Classes, re-booking and payment is due 2 weeks before the end of the current course, if a guaranteed space is required.
A reminder will be issued to clients on Week 6 of their course.
We accept cheques (payable to Simply Pilates), cash or online/telephone payments into our account.
IMPORTANT: When making online/telephone banking payments, please ensure that your NAME is quoted in the reference box so that your payment can be easily identified.
