All sessions/classes should be booked in advance. hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Clients
will be charged for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of
their scheduled appointment. Please refer to the 'sessions' page for definitions of the various class types.
Group
session prices refer to an eight week course, once per week.
Sessions
are restricted to a maximum of 10 people for a mat class
and 3 for a studio class. Pre-registration is required
for all sessions. There are no refunds for missed sessions
though we do try to be flexible and allow clients to attend other sessions of a similar level to make up for missed sessions.
